本周的主题是《高效能人士七个习惯》中的第三个习惯“要事第一”，我们9年级的小主持人，袁筱烁，曹屹霖，杨卓然同学，用活泼的基调，现身说法，以自身的经历为我们更好的诠释了“要事第一”。
The theme of this week is Habit 3 in 《the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People》- Put First Things First. Our little hosts from Grade 9 Cindy Hades and Zhuoran explained their opions with their own experiences in a lively tone.
卓然说：“在过去的两年间，我一直在加拿大上学。但是由于我的自控能力出乎地差，再加上我的父母也没有和我一起去加拿大。在这种完全没有人管我的情况下，我失去了所有目标和动力，开始天天打游戏。当时暑假的时候每天早上我9点起床和朋友一直打吃鸡到晚饭前，学习方面也是完全不在乎，完全忽略了学习对于我之后人生的重要性。在混了两年后，成绩实在是不堪入目，最后选择了回国学习。在回国后，有了父母的看管，再加上对于环境的熟悉。我开始重新树立目标，攒钱，学习，现在的自己做好了时间管理，有目标也很充实。”
"In the past two years Zhuoran has been studying in Canada. However because of his poor self-control ability along with his parents’ absence in Canada he lost all purpose and motivation and started playing video games every day. During the summer vacation he would get up at 9 o 'clock every morning and play PUBG with his friends till dinner. He didn't care about study at all completely ignored the importance of study for his future.After two years of such life his grade got really bad so he finally chose to go back to China to study.After returning to China I have my parents' care and I am familiar with the environment.I started setting goals again saving money learning and now I have a good time management and a sense of purpose." Said Zhuoran.

Then came the exciting interview: the host randomly interviewed our teachers and students which led to the active participation of everyone.

那究竟怎样做到“要事第一”呢?
首先我们要有明确的目标和使命，要有非常明确的人生方向和价值观，内心要有燃烧的激情，让自己对于所有其他不相关的事大声说“不”。我们可以集中精力在重要但是不急迫的事，这样一来可以大大提高我们的效率。主要有以下几个步骤：
写出自己的关键角色，考虑下自己下一周的每一个角色内容和相对应的任务，记录这七天时间里需要专注的领域
思考下一周计划中每一个任务栏最想要做的一两件事，作为你选择的目标
为每一项目标安排具体的实施时间，确认目标和角色后就可以把每一项任务分配到一个星期中的某个具体日子去做了。
我们需要根据突发事件，人际关系的意外发展来对每天的任务安排来做一个适当的调整。
So how do we put things first?
We need to have a clear purpose a very clear set of values and a passion to say “no” to all the other irrelevant things. We need to focus on the important but not urgent things which can greatly improve our efficiency.The following steps may help us to do “put first things first:
Write your key roles. Think about your roles and corresponding tasks of the next week and write down the things that need to be focused on.
Think about the things you would like to do the most. Set those things as your targets.
Arrange specific time for each target. Once you confirm on the roles and targets you could put those tasks into specific days in one week.
We need to adjust everyday tasks d on emergency or accidents.
